Statement of business activity during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
We are well stocked and able to continue mailing out skeleton leaves to customers around the world. To reduce exposure to potential infection I am now printing out postage labels and posting packages in a local post box. This means I can ship leaves out every day of the week excluding weekends and I will no longer have to visit a Post Office for the majority of orders.
Orders from customers outside the UK may be delayed compared to usual due to the reduction in international air freight and other factors. I have suspended the UK Special delivery (next day) option for now as the Royal Mail is no longer guaranteeing delivery times. It is difficult to know how long delays might be at this time.
These arrangements will remain in place until further notice.
